The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to award orders under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N0001920G0005 to support the AN/AAQ-24 Department of the Navy Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures (DoN LAIRCM) Program. DoN LAIRCM Orders issued and/or modified under the BOA address current needs relating to the DoN LAIRCM system, however, Orders may be issued to obtain engineering and technical services, aircraft integration, logistics support, test and evaluation support, retrofit, and related repairs in support of the AN/AAQ-24. Each effort will be separately solicited through NAVAIR on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. NGSC is the sole developer, producer, and depot repair facility for the DoN LAIRCM system used by the United States Government. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes only.
