The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to award a sole source order modification for the update of software for 2.2.0 to include the modification to resolve a velocity conversion software defect for the CH53K and C40. This effort will include the repair, support, and testing necessary to restore the CH-53K Defensive Electronic Countermeasures (DECM) Suite Upgrade (DSU) Software to meet Acceptance Test Procedure standards. This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis to Northrup Grumman System Corporation (NGSC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
