The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD anticipates issuing a modification for the design, fabrication, installation and test of one (1) AH-1Z Flight Training Device (FTD) for the Czech Ministry of Defense. The contract will include FTD Maintainer and Instructor/Operator training as well as 12 month period of Contractor Logistics Support (CLS). A firm fixed price modification under contract N00019-20-C-0061 is being contemplated, which will be funded with Czech funds. This action will be negotiated and awarded on a sole source basis with Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. (BHTI), Texas, in accordance with FAR 6.302-4 “International Agreement”.
