Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to procure varying quantities of AN/AAQ-24 Department of Navy (DoN) Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures (LAIRCM) hardware, engineering (hardware/software), program management, configuration management, test and other engineering support as required. The hardware procurement includes the following: GLTA JPACS (shipping containers) High Capacity Cards (HCCs) Smart Connector Assemblies (SCAs) Control Indicator Unit Replacements (CIURs) Advanced Threat Warning (ATW) Sensors Guardian Laser Transmitter Assemblies (GLTAs) DoN LAIRCM Processors (DLP) Personal Computer Memory Cards, International Association (PCMCIAs) This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis under NAVAIR solicitation N0001919C0011_FY21Modification to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.
