The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed-price Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order to BAE Systems Information and Electronics of Greenlawn, New York. The order will procure modification of the Acceptance Test Procedure for the UPX-41 Digital Interrogator to remove all Mode 4 cryptographic dependencies. Execution of the tasking requires proprietary knowledge of the Digital Interrogator to modify software on proprietary hardware. This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis to pursuant to the provisions of FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source”.
