DESCRIPTION: THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office, PMA-201, intends to negotiate and award a Sole Source Fixed Price Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-17-G-0004 to Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems (NGIS), Allegany Ballistics Laboratory, Rocket Center, WV. This requirement is for up to eight (8) On-Board Recorders (OBR) compatible for the Fuze Munition Unit (FMU-139D/B) and associated test support required for FMU-139D/B testing. NGIS is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the FMU-139D/B fuze and are thus uniquely qualified to produce and deliver an OBR compatible with the fuze and its associated test support. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY NOR REIMBURSE ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RESPONDING TO THIS REQUEST. All businesses capable of meeting the above requirements are invited to respond electronically.
