The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD intends to exercise Option CLINs for Systems Engineering (SE) and Program Management (PM), Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Training support of twelve (12) AH-1Z aircraft for the Kingdom of Bahrain for a period of twenty-two (22) months and travel. These CLINs will be exercised under a Firm Fixed Price type delivery order N0001920F0033 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) # N00019-16-G-0012 with Bell Textron Inc. This effort was synopsized on 6 May 2019 under solicitation number N00019-16-G-0012BahrainSEPM. This procurement was awarded in accordance with FAR 6.302-4 “International Agreement”. BHTI is the sole designer, developer and systems integrator of the H-1 series Helicopter. As such BHTI is the only known responsible source with the knowledge, in-depth experience, technical data, tooling and test equipment required to perform this effort within the required schedule.
