The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to award a modification to sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order N0001919F0308 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), for the procurement of seven (7) Guardian Laser Transmitter Assembly (GLTA) Shipping Containers (JPACs) designed specifically for the AN/AAQ-24 DoN LAIRCM integration onto the USMC C-40A aircraft platform. This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis under NAVAIR solicitation N0001915G0026_N0001919F0308_Modification to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.
