The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to award modifications to orders under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), N00019-15-G-0026 to support the AN/AAQ-24 Department of the Navy Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures (DoN LAIRCM) Program. DoN LAIRCM Orders modified under the BOA address current needs relating to the DoN LAIRCM system, however, modifications may be issued to obtain engineering and technical services, software development in support of system testing and evaluation, limited Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs), spares and support equipment in support of the AN/AAQ-24. Each effort will be separately solicited through NAVAIR on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. NGSC is the sole developer, producer, and depot repair facility for the DoN LAIRCM system used by the United States Government.
