The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to award a modification to sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order N0001915G0026_0512 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), for the procurement of Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) to update the software/firmware of a quantity six (6) Advanced Threat Warning (ATW) Sensors from the -0001 to the -0003 configuration and quantity fourteen (14) LAIRCM System Processor Replacement (LSPR) to support SIL testing. This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis under NAVAIR solicitation N0001915G0026_0512_Modification to NGSC in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. NGSC is the sole developer, producer, and depot repair facility for the LAIRCM system used by the United States Government. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
