The F-35 Joint Program Office intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-19-G-0008 on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, Fort Worth, TX to provide support for multiple program management reviews. The proposed order is anticipated to be awarded no later than 30 June 2019. This order supports the F-35 International Partners. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and in accordance with Class Justification and Approval, dated 14 October 2014.
