The F-35 Joint Program Office intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-14-G-0020 on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, Fort Worth, TX to provide planning and support for weapons integration testing for the F-35. The proposed order is anticipated to be awarded no later than 30 April 2019. This order supports the F-35 International Partners. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and in accordance with Class Justification and Approval, dated 14 October 2014.
