The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole-source delivery order to Raytheon Technologies for Life of Type Buy and Bridge Buy solutions supporting Tomahawk Missile System production and recertification. The requirement includes obsolescence solutions for missile hardware, tooling, and test equipment. Delivery dates will be approximately 8 months to one year from the date of order for each solution. The work is considered sole-source as Raytheon is viewed as the only known capable source possessing the necessary technical data. While not a request for competitive proposals, responsible sources may submit capability statements for agency consideration.
