Aerosonde UAS Operational Support Transitions and Mine Countermeasures (MCM) Sensor Integration

Notice ID:N00019-26-RFPREQ-WPM263-0281

NAVAIR intends to award sole-source modifications to existing task orders under a Basic Ordering Agreement with Textron Systems Corporation of Hunt Valley, Maryland, for specialized engineering, integration, and operational support for the Aerosonde Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS). The work includes operational site transitions and mobilization support for shipboard and land-based UAS assets, plus non-recurring engineering and integration of mine countermeasure sensor payloads. The period of performance is up to twelve months from the modification award date. The action is justified as only one responsible source because Textron is the sole OEM, designer, and developer and exclusively controls the proprietary technical data, integration drawings, and flight control software. This synopsis is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals.
