8(a) Sole Source (FAR 19.8)

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed-price delivery order to FedTribe LLC for Insitu ScanEagle UAS hardware. The anticipated delivery period is 210 days after contract award. The justification for the sole-source action is that Insitu is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the required platform. This is a notice for informational purposes only and is explicitly not a request for competitive proposals. The acquisition is being processed under the 8(a) Program.
