The Naval Air Systems Command in Patuxent River, MD, intends to issue a sole-source order to Honeywell International, Inc. for a life-of-type buy of obsolete Inertial Measurement Units required for the AARGM-ER missile production. This non-competitive action is based on the authority that Honeywell is the only qualified source possessing the necessary design knowledge and technical data.
