NAVAIR intends to enter sole-source negotiations and award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee delivery order to Lockheed Martin Missiles Fire Control for LRASM integration on the B-52 aircraft platform, including missile software updates, associated testing, test asset repair, and failure review boards. The action is pursued under FAR 6.302-1 because only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements, and Lockheed Martin is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of LRASM. LMMFC is the only known qualified source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical data to meet the requirements within the required timeframe. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for agency consideration. Subcontracting opportunities may be available through Lockheed Martin’s Supplier Wire, and the Government is not committed to issue a solicitation or make an award and may change the information.
