NAVAIR PMA-265 intends to award a firm-fixed-price delivery order to The Boeing Company on a sole-source basis for Engineering Change Proposal Audio Management System Retrofit Recurring A-Kits in support of the U.S. Navy. The effort will procure 140 A-Kit Retrofit units to modernize USN F/A-18 and EA-18G communications suites, covering hardware delivery only. The anticipated period of performance begins in August 2027 and will last 12 months. Boeing is the only known source due to its role as designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the F/A-18 aircraft, and no competitive solicitation will be issued.
