The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole-source Firm Fixed Price contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation in Melbourne, FL, for a Site Survey, Mx Academics training, and logistics support. Performance will occur at Patuxent River, MD, and Melbourne, FL. Northrop Grumman is the only source capable of meeting the Navy’s operational requirements without unacceptable delays.
