NAVAIR PMA-265 intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price delivery order to The Boeing Company for Stores Management Processor (SMP) obsolescence DMSMS mitigation. The work includes designing and qualifying alternate parts to replace obsolete components of the AYK-22 SMP. The anticipated period of performance begins November 2028 and lasts 44 months. This is not a competitive solicitation and is for informational purposes only, pursued on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.103-1 because only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements.
