Notice ID:N00019-26-RFPREQ-APM299-0102

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement to Enterprise Ventures Corporation (EVC) for comprehensive sustainment, modernization, and technical support of the Airborne Mine Countermeasure Carriage, Stream, Tow and Recovery System (CSTRS). EVC is identified as the only responsible source with the necessary technical data, facilities, and expertise as the system's sole designer and manufacturer. The work will involve engineering support to troubleshoot systems, implement design modifications, and proactively resolve obsolescence issues in mission kits. The Government does not intend to fund the development of other sources for this requirement. Questions concerning subcontracting opportunities should be directed to EVC in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
