NAVAIR intends to modify a sole-source delivery order to Boeing (Seattle, WA) for a Ground Vibration Test assessing the feasibility of integrating additional stores onto existing P-8A wing stations for a Foreign Military Sales customer. The anticipated period of performance is Q2 FY2027 through Q4 FY2027, with award anticipated in Q2 FY2027. Boeing is identified as the P-8A OEM, sole designer/developer/manufacturer, and sole systems integrator, and the Government lacks adequate license rights to the technical data package for a competitive procurement.
