P-8A Poseidon Increment 3 Block 2 Modification Kit Installation
The Navy is conducting a sources sought notice for market research to identify vendors capable of performing complex P-8A Increment 3 Block 2 (ECP6) retrofit installations, involving de-installation of existing systems, installation of government-furnished kits, and return-to-service. Interested parties must submit a Capability Statement and a detailed questionnaire covering company profile, facilities, security infrastructure, past performance on Boeing 737/P-8A aircraft, quality certifications, and capacity/throughput rates.
