The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee modification to Bell Textron Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas for Interactive Electronic Technical Manual baselining tasks supporting the AH-1Z and UH-1Y Structural Improvement and Electrical Power Upgrades Phase II – Part 3 effort.
