V-22 Common Carriage Solution

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a sole-source delivery order to the Bell Boeing Joint Project Office for non-recurring engineering to integrate the Common Carriage solution for the AN/ALE-47 Countermeasures Dispensing Set on V-22 aircraft. The effort includes engineering, flight test, validation and verification, support products, and delivery/installation of A-Kits for flight test aircraft. The estimated period of performance is two years, with anticipated award in September 2027. Bell Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the V-22 and possesses the necessary technical data, justifying the sole-source action under 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR Part 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their capability to the government, and subcontracting inquiries may be directed to Bell Boeing contacts, but this notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
