NAVAIR is conducting market research to identify parties capable of designing, fabricating, and delivering prototype and validation/verification A-kits for the JTT-NG system, and integrating them with government-furnished B-kits for the CV-22 Osprey aircraft. This effort includes all necessary non-recurring engineering, such as developing technical documents and conducting design reviews, and requires the contractor to install and functionally test the complete system. Eligibility is limited to entities that possess or can obtain the necessary data rights for the specific JASS software used on the CV-22 platform and have access to the aircraft configuration model. Interested parties must submit a capability summary, including business size and proof of legal authority to handle the required technical data and classified information.
