The government will consider capability statements received within 15 days of the synopsis publication for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement. The work involves addressing interface issues with the aircraft's flight display. Collins Aerospace is being pursued as the sole source because, as the original equipment manufacturer, it is deemed the only responsible source capable of meeting the requirements.
