NAVAIR at Patuxent River, MD intends to award a sole-source order to Raytheon Company in McKinney, TX for kits, testing and test support, obsolescence management, and engineering technical support for the USMC CH-53K Helicopter. The action will be pursued under authority allowing negotiation with only one responsible source.
