CH-53K Troop Seat and Tail Pylon Fairing Improvements

Notice ID:N00019-26-RFPREQ-APM261-0213

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a sole source delivery order to Sikorsky for non-recurring engineering to improve troop seat cushions and separate the tail pylon trailing edge fairing into two parts, plus flight testing support. Sikorsky is the only known contractor with the necessary technical data and experience for the CH-53K program, as the government lacks adequate license rights for a competitive procurement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may express interest and capability before the closing date. No budget amounts or performance location are specified. The government will consider responses solely to decide whether to compete the procurement.
