NAVAIR’s PAE(A) is conducting a sources-sought market research effort—not an RFP, with no proposals sought at this time—for comprehensive software and sustainment support for H-53, H-60, and Presidential helicopter platforms, including domestic and Foreign Military Sales fleets. The scope covers sustaining engineering, program management, logistics, software development/sustainment, flight test support, training, repairs, configuration/obsolescence management, system integration/test, modifications/installations, and deployed field services. The effort is intended to consolidate legacy contracts into a single enterprise-wide vehicle/IDIQ to achieve economies of scale and continuous global fleet readiness. The anticipated IDIQ ordering period is 10 years, consisting of a five-year base period, two two-year options, and one one-year option.
