The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to award a sole source contract to Telephonics Corporation for the development and manufacturing of the AN/UPX-43(V)1 Identification Friend Foe Interrogator (IFFI) shipset and tray, including engineering and logistics support. The contract covers a base year for approximately five shipsets, with two options for up to 20 shipsets per year each. Manufacturing and delivery are expected between FY2 and FY30.
