NAVAIR PMA-265 is seeking potential sources for F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G aircraft inspections, modifications, repairs, and Inner Wing Panel modifications/remanufacturing that restore service life to new design specifications. A site visit is required, and all Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Required capabilities include proven complex structural repair/SLEP experience on F/A-18 E/F, EA-18G, or similar tactical aircraft; liaison engineering; OEM technical data execution; advanced NDI; adequate hangar space and specialized tooling; SECRET facility/personnel clearances; and AS9100/AS9110 or DCMA-approved QMS. Respondents must also show military aviation supply-chain management, including sourcing military-grade materials and managing DMSMS.
