This is a sole-source intent to negotiate an IDIQ contract with BAE Systems for the development and sustainment of Theater Mission Planning Center subsystems. The contract will have a base year and four option years, with an estimated start in the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027. The justification is that BAE Systems is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and the only source with the necessary proprietary knowledge and data. The performance of services is associated with BAE Systems in San Diego, California.
