The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD intends to award a sole-source modification to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) for updating the AN/APR-39 system, including replacing the Quadrant Receiver Exciter Circuit Card Assembly and updating software. This effort will be performed under the existing Full Rate Production contract, with no budget amount specified.
