The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a sole-source contract to Leonardo for the procurement of Active Expendable Decoys and related support for multiple aircraft platforms. The contract includes a base year with up to four option years to satisfy requirements from Fiscal Year 2027 through 2031. It will involve an estimated quantity of 3,000 to 6,000 decoys per year.
