This is a sources sought notice for market research only and is not a request for proposals. The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue delivery orders against an existing sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement with BAE Systems for work on Combined Interrogator Transponder systems. The scope includes upgrading a specific test workstation, replacing computer hardware and test equipment, and updating software at the contractor's facility in Greenlawn, N.Y. The Government is seeking capability statements from interested parties, but the BOA is currently with BAE Systems as the only company deemed capable of providing these specific services.
