NAVAIR, on behalf of PMA-265, intends to award a firm-fixed-price delivery order to Boeing under an existing sole-source BOA for manufacturing, assembly, and installation support of ECP 6315C3 Navigation Warfare A-Kits for USN and RAAF F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft. The anticipated period of performance begins in December 2026 and is expected to last approximately 17 months, supporting FY27. Boeing is the only known firm with the required design, development, manufacturing, and integration expertise for the F/A-18 platform.
