The F-35 Joint Program Office requires the integration of a Laboratory Intelligence Validated Emulator (LIVE) and a Secret Training Network (STN) into the Australia, Canada, United Kingdom Reprogramming Laboratory (ACURL) at Eglin AFB, FL. LIVE will provide a closed-loop threat system for realistic F-35 countermeasure validation, requiring real-time operator interaction and time-synchronized data recording. The contractor must procure, deliver, and integrate hardware, software, and network infrastructure for LIVE. STN will replace an existing network with a fully managed, accredited Secret network for training and mission data file production. The STN requires updated hardware, software tools, and a 10-year sustainment package including spares, licenses, a mid-life technical refresh, and on-site cleared technical support.
