NAVAIR PMA-290 seeks sources for additional P-8A ground systems hardware and software supporting I3B2 and legacy aircraft, including continued P-8A Ground Station (PGS) modifications/installs and Mobile Mission Systems support such as Poseidon Quick Look (PQL) and Fly Away Kit (FAK), plus associated support and ODCs. The anticipated period of performance is Q2FY27 through Q1FY30. Interested parties must demonstrate the assets, experience, financial stability, qualifications, and knowledge required, including authorized access to necessary technical data/software/documentation and maintenance of that access throughout the effort. Capability statements should address technical approach, relevant experience, key personnel, facilities/equipment, industrial security clearance and classified information handling, small/large business status, and—if a small business—how it will perform at least 50% of the work.
