Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) of AN/SSQ-101B sonobuoys
The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a noncompetitive Firm Fixed Price contract to Sparton DeLeon Springs LLC for the manufacture and delivery of approximately 4,100 AN/SSQ-101B production sonobuoys for Fiscal Year 2027. These sonobuoys are critical sensors used by U.S. Navy Anti-Submarine Warfare forces to detect, classify, and localize adversary submarines. Performance of services will be at Sparton’s facility in De Leon Springs, Florida. Offerors must possess or acquire a qualified production-ready design within six months after contract award to be eligible. Responses to this pre-solicitation notice must be received within 15 days of its publication.
