The Naval Air Systems Command at NAS Patuxent River, MD, intends to award a sole-source order under a Basic Ordering Agreement to Collins Aerospace in Windsor Locks, CT. The procurement covers an O-Level flight control software loading capability, including any necessary licenses, for the CH-53K, plus nine new RS-232 cables and six new Field Software Tool Harness Kits. The loading capability must be compatible with Flight Control Computer part numbers 1013030-5-000 and 1013030-7-000. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under 41 U.S.C. 1901 and FAR 12.102(b).
