The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), NAS Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a Sole-Source Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-25-G-1000 to General Electric Aerospace, Inc. (GE), Lynn, MA to provide airworthiness documents redacted in accordance with the Contractor export licenses and to support the IAF airworthiness certification program.
