The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), NAS Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a Sole-Source Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-25-G-0004 to General Electric Aerospace (GE), Lynn, MA, for the development and modification of the T408 engine Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) models that will be placed into a software library.
