The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland intends to issue a sole source delivery order modification under Basic Order Agreement (BOA) N0001920G0007 to Raytheon Technologies, 9000 South Rita Rd, Tucson, AZ, 85747, for Life of Type Buy (LOTB) solutions in support of production and recertification of the Tomahawk Missile System. This requirement includes obsolescence solutions for the Tactical Tomahawk All Up Round (TACTOM) Digital Scene Matching Area Correlator (DSMAC) sensor assembly. The delivery date will be approximately three years from date of modification. Raytheon point of contact for subcontracting opportunities is Jarrod Winters (jarrod.winters@rtx.com). Raytheon is the only known source capable of accomplishing this requirement, without duplication of costs. Raytheon solely possesses the current technical, configuration and manufacturing data for the Tomahawk Cruise Missile required to complete these efforts. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The data associated with the Tomahawk Missile is export controlled and is not available to foreign sources or representatives. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITITVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received. No telephone responses will be accepted.
