The Naval Air Systems Command PMA 271 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedure (SAP) contract to Raytheon Technologies for E6B Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) Depot Training and Support Systems, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). Written request for quotation; NAVAIR will be requesting Raytheon Technologies submit a written quotation for this effort and it is anticipated this effort will award 30-SEP-24. As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Raytheon Technologies is the only entity which possesses the expertise and data necessary to provide the training and support the Field Service Technician (FST) requires to accomplish standup of organic repair capability. The estimated Period of Performance is 1 Year.
