The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that the Naval Air Systems Command, PMA 280 intends to negotiate and award a delivery order on the Raytheon Corporate Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001920G0007 for Tomahawk Digital Scene Matching Area Correlator (DSMAC) Redesign Phase III. In Accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.301.1 (a) (2)(III), only one responsible source, for the Tomahawk (DSMAC) Redesign. NAVAIR intends to award this effort to Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD), 1151 East Hermans Road, Tuscon, Arizona 85756.
