The Government posted the draft Fair Opportunity Submission Request (FOSR) package which includes: the draft FOSR, FOSR attachments, the draft Task Order (TO), draft TO attachments, exhibits, and a technical reference to the CMMARS Competition Library on 01 August 2025.
