Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD, intends to issue a Delivery Order under the follow-on Basic Ordering Agreement to Undersea Sensor Systems Inc., 7625 Omnitech Place Suite 1, Victor NY 14564-9816, on an other than full and open basis to procure 5 VPX Integrated Programmable Receiver (VIPRs) Part Number 7519-0500-010 and 5 Octal Pre-Amplifier Part Number 5798-8600-001. This Delivery Order is in support of the Air Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Systems Program Office (PMA-264). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. However, the Government will consider all capability statements received within fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
