The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), NAS Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a Sole-Source Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0002 to Sikorsky, A Lockheed Martin Company, 6900 Main Street, P.O. Box 9731, Stratford, CT. 06615 for the non-recurring engineering required to implement the productionized version of the secure wireless transceiver (SWT) to address RIOs 362, 609, 854, and 869.
