Update as of 21 August 2024: Interested parties are hereby notified that a new Naval Aviation North Stars Enterprise-Wide Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), N00019-24-S-0001, is expected to be posted to SAM.gov on or around August 30, 2024. N00019-24-S-0001 will serve as a follow-on to the current BAA, N00019-23-S-0001, with additional flexibility and increased areas of interest. Similar to the current BAA, the Government intends to accept white paper submissions for a twelve-month period. The Government is interested in receiving white papers for research and development, which may include but is not limited to, rapid prototyping, demonstration, and experimentation projects that offer potential for advancements and improvements in Integrated Warfighting Capability across the Naval Aviation Mission Areas supporting Naval Operations and as applicable to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and subordinate Commands. Amendment 001 to Notice N00019-23-S-0001 updated the Phase I White Paper section for submission of Unclassified and Controlled Unclassified Information for clarity. In addition the proposal content sections for evaluation criteria were updated and tables were added to the Phase I white paper section and to Appendices 1 and 2 to provide specific instructions for a White Paper Cover Page Format and Proposal Cover Page Formats for Phase II Proposals.
